Present case has been registered only for the offence punishable under the Arms Act and the petitioner has been detained in the present on the ground that one loaded katta and three live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 26.1.2016. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Asthawan P.S.
