The petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2018 in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 119 of 2018 for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no knowledge about the article which he purchased as stolen article i.e. Solar Plate. He has purchased the Solar Plate for value consideration of Rs.10 thousand. The petitioner was not named in the F.I.R Considering the aforesaid facts as well as that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
