Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 33(1)(g) and 70 of the Indian Forest(Bihar Amendment) Act, 1989.

It is alleged that cattle of the petitioners destroyed the small green plants of the forest department worth rupees twenty five thousand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that only on suspicion the accusation has been levelled and it is designed by the forest department to safe their own skin for being charged for not pursuing the plantation programme properly.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33319 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Forest Case No. 172 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
