ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhorey P.S. Case No.153 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code, which is pending in the court of the Chief judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

In view of the fact that the informant has identified this petitioner who had come to his petrol pump along with one Taxi Singh and had forcibly taken away Rs.1,50,000/- from the cash counter, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.

However, if the petitioner surrenders in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32714 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 with the present case in the court below within three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and prays for regular bail, his case may be considered without being prejudiced by this order.
