In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.318 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

One country made pistol, one live cartridge and one Apache motorcycle have been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.12.2024.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18331 of 2025(4) dt.23-07-2025 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C., Raxaul at Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No.318 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the blood relatives of the petitioner and the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will appear either himself or through his lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial. 7.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his attendance at Lakhaura Police Station, East Champaran on first and third Sunday of each month.
