JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 22-08-2022 In paragraph '58' of the case diary, the I.O. has recorded that from Aadhar Card No. 573979277204 of the petitioner, it appears that his date of birth is 20.07.2001. If it is so, then on the alleged date of occurrence i.e. 03.01.2022, he will be more than 18 years of age. The copy of the Aadhar Card is not enclosed with the case diary.

Let the I.O. of this case appear in person with the complete records from which he has recorded the date of birth of the petitioner as 20.07.2001.

From Annexure '2' which is the order dated 18.02.2022 passed by learned JJB, Lakhisarai, it further appears that the Incharge Principal of the Primary School, Pahadpur had stated in his evidence that the name of the petitioner is mentioned in the school admission register of the year 2008 at

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.386 of 2022(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 Sl. No. 09 and the date of birth 20.07.2004 mentioned therein contains overwriting.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the I.O. is directed to produce the school admission register of Primary School, Pahadpur also on the next date.

List this case on 12th September, 2022 at the top of the list with Cr. Rev. No. 299 of 2022.
