The petitioners being the parents and brothers of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after five years of marriage for non-fulfillment of dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was patient of hyper tension and died due to blood pressure. It is submitted that the informant has retracted from the initial version and filed a petition to that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34113 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 effect before learned court below. Thrust of accusation is against husband of the victim.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Arvind Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dariapur P.S.
