Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and is languishing in jail custody since 22.12.2015 in a case registered under section 304B and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, deceased died in other than normal circumstance within five months of the marriage but according to the statements of the informant, his wife and witness Ramesh Yadav, they came to know about the demand of dowry from the deceased who used to give the aforesaid information on phone prior to her death. Investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and husband of deceased has already been sent to jail custody. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on
