JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2017 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Laheri PS Case No. 303 of 2017 registered under Sections 356 and 379/34 of the IPC. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that neither anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor put on TIP whereas the FIR is against known, so except disclosure of name of the petitioner by co-accused and the so called confessional statement by the petitioner there is no other material and has been in custody since 25.9.2017 and has got clean antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Pawan Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM lst Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Laheri PS Case No. 303 of 2017.
