Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nathnagar (Madhusudanpur) P.S. Case No. 238 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 337, 379 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and there is general and omnibus allegation. Neither the petitioner was apprehended at the place of occurrence nor any specific overt act has been attributed against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 27.06.2018.
