The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of committing murder of informant's sister for demand of dowry and of solemnizing second marriage.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03-03-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Allegedly, brick was used for committing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17943 of 2019(3) dt.01-08-2019 2/2 murder. The place of occurrence was examined but no bricks were found at the place of occurrence.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Jehanabad in connection with Sessions Trial No. 399 of 2018 arising out of Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 25 of 2018 .
