2. The earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.04.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 36437 of 2022. In the last paragraph of that order it was observed by this Court that if the trial is not concluded within a period of nine months the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no progress in the trial and the stipulated period has already been elapsed.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26316 of 2024(2) dt.03-05-2024 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Karpi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2010.
