2. The petitioner has approached the State Commission for Scheduled Castes as evident from the record of this case

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that National Commission for Scheduled Castes, State Office, Bihar has issued letter on 18.01.2019 addressed to respondent no.2 (Director, Secondary Education) to take appropriate action. She

Patna High Court CWJC No.7462 of 2019(3) dt.10-07-2019 2/2 further submits that as a counter blast of Annexure-1, the petitioner has been transferred vide Annexure-9.

4. Ms. Shashi Bala Verma highlighted the arbitrariness on the part of respondents in the matter of transfer. She submits that the petitioner has been transferred and subjected to atrocities on account of fact that the petitioner is a lady belonging to Scheduled Castes community.

5. Considering the kind of allegation levelled and the fact that the National Commission for Scheduled Castes, State Office, Bihar has already requested the Director, Secondary Education to take appropriate action on the grievance of the petitioner, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to Director, Secondary Education to look into the grievance of the petitioner in the light of Annexures-7 and 8 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law on the representation filed by the petitioner at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 45 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
