2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023, lodged on 02.12.2023, under Sections 341/323/504/306/34 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution, the informant has alleged that marriage of the daughter of the informant was solemnized with the brother of petitioner No.1 and informant's son-in-law used to reside outside the town. It is due to this reason the petitioners used to torture, in result the daughter of the informant committed suicide.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Counsel submits that it is a case lodged under Section 306 of the IPC in which due to frustration the informant's daughter had committed suicide. Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 are Bhaisur and Gotini of the deceased respectively, and marriage was solemnized about eight years back. Counsel further submits that the antecedent of the petitioners are clean and they are in custody since 03.12.2023.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioners, above named, be granted bail only after framing of the charge, if not framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-X, Bhagalpur, in connection with Sessions Case No. 153 of 2024, arising out of Antichak P.S. Case No. 131 of 2023.
