The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 457, 354, 427, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner tried to molest the daughter of the informant and assaulted her and damaged the house hold articles.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.1.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ms. Priti Kumari, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Baruraj P.S. case No.03 of 2019.
