2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 68 of 2022, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 436, 457, 380, 411, 302, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 150, 151, 152, 145, 146, 147, 174(A) of Railway Act.

3. In view of the recent decision of the Supreme Court in the case of G.R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Another, reported in 2021 SCC OnLine SC 176, this second anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
