The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 494, 406/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39968 of 2014 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 complainant earlier filed a complaint case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code which was compromised.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with full dignity and honour, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arrah, Bhojpur in connection with Bhojpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
