The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant Ram Pravesh Mahto is the father of deceased who filed a complaint case before the C.J.M., Nalanda, Bihar Sharif being complaint case No. 117 C of 2017 on 02.02.2017 which was referred to police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. on which police registered Bind P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017. It has been stated in the FIR that petitioner has killed daughter of complainant in the night of 2/3-01.2017 and complainant was informed on 28.01.2017 and after killing her

It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that last rites were performed in presence of complainant and his son and same has been found by the Investigating Officer that the father and brother of deceased victim were present during last rites on 03.01.2017 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -VIth, Nalanda, Bihar Sharif, in connection with Bind P.S. Case No. 29 of 2017. (S. Kumar, J) veena/- U T
