The petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 228/2018, arising out of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1075/2015, instituted for the offences under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

From the F.I.R. itself, it is apparent that this petitioner has sustained injury at the time of occurrence. In the written report, there is allegation against this petitioner that on his order one Kundan Kumar made firing on the brother of informant. It is mentioned in para 3 of bail petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge, Rohtas, Sasaram in connection with S.Tr. No. 228/2018, arising out of Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 1075/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
