====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 664 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion, petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the accused person is general and omnibus and there is no eyewitness of the occurrence. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail vide order dated 31.07.2018 and 01.08.2018 in Criminal Misc. No. 42418 of 2018 and 46509 of 2018 respectively. Petitioner is in custody

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 664 of 2018.
