The petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2018 in connection with Excise Case No. 251 of 2018 ( arising out of Durgawati P.S. Case No. 632 of 2018) for the offence under Section 30 (A), 38, 56 (d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. They have neither owner nor driver of the vehicle wherefrom liquor was seized. He submits that petitioners remain in custody since 10.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they have remained in custody for
