The petitioners seek bail in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No.77 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 448, 341, 323, 337, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim causing injury.

The petitioner is in custody since 03.12.2023 having clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation as well as the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released
