JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-02-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in Piro PS Case No. 138 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 120B of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that within three years of marriage the informant's daughter was done to death for not realizing demand of motorcycle and gold chain.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is specific allegation against the husband of making demand of motorcycle and gold chain, who is in custody and the petitioners are mother-in-law and wife of elder bother of deceased's husband. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Dharm Shila Devi and Bibha Devi @ Sangita Devi are directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) by each one of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM I Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro PS Case No. 138 of 2017.
