Petitioner is accused in connection with Case No. 262C2 of 2018 registered under Section 39(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2018.
