The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. I)For that 50% Salary of the petitioner from the period dated July 2003 to 28/2/2007 may be paid to the petitioner with interest.
II)For that salary of the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.10740 of 2015(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 from dated 1/3/2007 to 31/3/2012 may be paid to the petitioner with interest.
III) For that the salary as well as arrear may not be irregularised.
IV) For that the retiral benefit like the Provident Fund, Gratuity, Dearness allowance, leave encashment, group insurance etc.
may also be paid to the petitioner with interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
