Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 & 2 as they have been arrested, their application for anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29700 of 2021(2) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 1 & 2 above named, is dismissed as withdrawn. So far as the petitioner no. 3 is concerned he is said to have given a Garasa blow therefore and cause grievous therefore, his application for anticipatory bail is dismissed. So far as the petitioner no. 4 is concerned there is general and omnibus allegations against the petitioner. In that view of the matter the petitioner no. 4 is granted anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner no. 4 above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Calss, Nawada, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
