Rai, Advocate For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Murlidhar, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 This is an application, made under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking bail for the accusedpetitioner, namely, Sudama Mahato, in connection with Daraunda Police Station Case No. 65 of 2016, under Sections 307/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959. Perused the above application and materials on record.

Heard Mr. S. Rai, learned Counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Murlidhar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of the State.

Considering the nature of incriminating materials available against the accused above-named, this Court is of the view that at this stage, the accused above-named shall not be allowed to go on bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35994 of 2016 (2) dt.07-09-2016 In view of the above and in the interest of justice, the prayer for bail is hereby rejected at this stage. This bail application shall stand disposed of accordingly.
