The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. As prayed for, Mr. Amresh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to surrender before the Court below and pray for regular bail in view of the fact that name of the petitioner sprang up on confession of coaccused Dharmendra Kumar @ Rajnish Kumar and Luchi Singh who have been granted bail.
