JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual court proceeding. Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects as pointed out by the office within two weeks of normal functioning of the court, failing which the office is directed to place the matter before the Bench. Earlier the bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67570 of 2019 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completing six months of jail custody.
The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19635 of 2020(3) dt.15-09-2020 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019 and has completed six months of jail custody.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Barhara (Sinha O.P.) P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019.
