2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 223 (a) , 224, 109 (1) , 121 (1) , 121 ( 2 ), 132, 352, 351 ( 2 ) of BNS. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 16.10.2024 , informant along with other police personnel went to village Gulani Kushasha for investigation regarding Shambhuganj P S Case No. 293 of 2024 . Druing investigation , 20- 25 unknown persons came armed with lathi, danda and started abusing police personnel and tried to snatch arms of police personnel and also hindered them in discharging their official

4. Considering the fact that these petitioners along with other co-accused persons hindered police officials in discharge of their official duty and other circumstances of case , prayer for pre-arrest bail of these petitioners is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U
