2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Indrapuri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 319(2) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 10 of Bihar Board Conduct and Examination Act.

3. As per the allegation, petitioner was arrested to facilitate unfair means to one Vikash Kumar in the examination of recruitment of constable.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It has been further submitted that due to confusion the petitioner was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19571 of 2026(2) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 arrested and he has no concern with the said Vikash Kumar. It has been further submitted that he is in custody since 11.12.2025 having no criminal antecedent and the charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner above-named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Rohtas in connection with Indrapuri P.S. Case No. 172 of 2025.

7. The application stands allowed.
