JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the other side. The petitioner, who happens to the husband of the deceased, apprehends arrest in a case under sections 304B of the IPC.

The petitioner submits that his wife died of diarrohia and vomiting.

In view of nature of allegation, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with direction to surrender and seek regular bail which would be disposed of on its own merit without prejudice.
