This is an application seeking modification in the order, dated 17.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35619 of 2017, whereby the petitioner has been allowed to be released on anticipatory bail, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017, along with others.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The time granted to the petitioner, above named, to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63386 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 surrender before the learned court below, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2017, vide order, dated 17.08.2017, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 35619 of 2017, is, hereby, extended by four weeks from today.

This application is, accordingly, allowed.
