The petitioner seeks bail in Kotwali (Adampur) P.S. Case No. 733/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 364 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Akram Khan in para 15 of supplementary case diary.

The petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the
