NATH ORAL ORDER 24-03-2015 Smt Nutan Sahay, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application but has submitted that as the petitioner is an old person, appropriate direction be issued for disposal of the suit at the earliest.

In view of the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with direction to the learned court below to dispose of the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The learned counsel for the petitioner has expressed the consent that the petitioner shall cooperate with the disposal of the suit.
