The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018, G.R. No. 5086 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the scooty and one inverter as well as one battery having been stolen from the shop of the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 24.09.2018. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit cash security for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18619 of 2019(2) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 the purposes of grant of regular bail.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct for release of the petitioner on regular bail subject to deposit of a sum of Rs.10,000/- in cash before the Nazarat of the concerned trial and subject to such other conditions as may be imposed by the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.341 of 2018, G.R. No. 5086 of 2018.
The present bail petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
