Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears from perusal of the impugned order as well as from submission of the parties that the name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused persons and except the aforesaid confessional statements as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail by different Benches of this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two
