JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-06-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 308, 447, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner no.1 is of assault by Lathi and Danda and against the petitioners no.2 and 3 is of assault by fist and slaps and also by Lathi & Danda to the informant and others.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the occurrence took place with respect to dispute between the ladies of two families and there was intention behind that. The injuries are simple in nature and not on the vital part of the

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Gaya, in connection with Fatehpur P.S.
