2. The petitioner is in custody since 31.05.2016 in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 for the offences alleged under Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47 (A) of the Excise Act.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happened to be present in the tempo where recovery of 22.5 litre Nepali wine in 75 bottles was made.
4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/-Ibrar U T
