====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Patahi P.S. Case No. 04/2015, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.03.2018. He is not named in the F.I.R. In the written report, it is alleged that while the informant was returning from his bike, two unknown criminals shot fire in his right arm, as a result of which he fell down. The police during investigation arrested this petitioner and recorded his confessional statement.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55790 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VIIIth, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 04/2015, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
