Patna High Court LPA No.1009 of 2014 dt.23-03-2017 2/2 primarily on the basis of an enquiry conducted by the District Magistrate and holding that the finding of fact recorded by the District Magistrate is not belied and there is no reason to disbelieve the same, has refused to interfere into the matter. The learned Writ Court having upheld the finding of fact recorded by the District Magistrate, we see no reason to interfere into the matter. The Letters Patent Appeal is, therefore, dismissed.
