The accusation against the petitioners is that some other candidates had appeared in the examination in place of petitioners and for the aforesaid offence, petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 14.05.2016. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32588 of 2016 (3) dt.18-08-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Jogbani Bathnaha P.S.Case No. 65 of 2016.
