Petitioner is accused in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017 for an offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 326, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Petitioner is in custody since 23.6.2017 and was remanded in the case on 17.7.2017.
Considering the fact that there is statement in para-11 of the petition about the academic background of the petitioner who is still a student B.A. (Hons) course.
Considering the aforesaid including the petitioner has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63459 of 2017 (2) dt.10-01-2018 2/2 remained in jail nearly six months, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh or Successor Court, in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 28 of 2017/G.R. No. 331 of 2017 on the condition that the bailors should be family members of the petitioner.
