That through the present writ application, the petitioner is seeking the change of the nomenclature of Middle School Biratpur as Late Indira Devi Middle School, at Gajipaita under the P.S.

Sonbarsa of the District Saharsa in view of the land property of the School i.e. in the name of the petitioner's grand mother namely Late Indira Devi for which he has already represented to competent authority but his representation has not

mentioned above, vide the representation dated 22.12.2012 of the petitioner as an annexure to the petition."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
