JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02/ 14-08-2015 Petitioner no. 1 Vijay Thakur has been arrested, hence, the application on his behalf has become infructuous and accordingly, it is disposed of. The petitioner no. 2 is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. It is alleged against the petitioners that being that being the parents of Rahul Kumar, who actually kidnapped the victim, assured that the victim will return soon. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the victim swore an affidavit to the effect that she has married with Rahul Kumar wherein she got her age recorded as 19 years.
