Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and it is admitted case that the marriage of deceased had taken place in the year 1999 and after marriage, she gave birth to four children. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner along with his wife was residing separately from the husband of the deceased since long and moreover, none has seen the actual killing of the deceased and, as a matter of fact, deceased was caught in fire accidentally.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
