Petitioner is the husband, who along with others have been arrayed as an accused on account of commission of dowry death of deceased. Marriage is said to be solemnized just three years ago since before death.
It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that deceased might have committed suicide on account of financial crunch. Furthermore, it has also been submitted that petitioner happens to be under custody since 29.09.2015, without any development in the trial.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29298 of 2016 (02) dt.25-07-2016 prayer.
Considering the status of the petitioner, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected. However, the learned lower Court is directed to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) Vikash/- U T
