This is an application for regular bail in connection with Bihta P. S. Case no. 317 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that son of petitioner went to attend marriage ceremony of his friend, namely, Chandan Kumar, along with others. On the next day he received information about death of his son.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is not named in the FIR and he has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 16.10.2017.

No.493 of 2018(2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-!, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Bihta P. S. Case no. 317 of 2017.
