The petitioner is in custody in connection with K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No.338 of 2017, a case under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Purnea. Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the daughter of the informant. The victim had supported the allegation before the police.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail is refused.
