Petitioner and one co-accused used to have passed filthy comments against the informant's minor daughter but submission on behalf of petitioner is that prior to institution of the present case, one Obra P.S. Case No. 76 of 2016 was lodged against a particular community due to communal tension and the present case is nothing but only the retaliation of the aforesaid case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-05-2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
